Mobile Phones I no longer have showing on my account

I have a number of old devices I no longer own showing on my account, these are stopping me from completing an upgrade. 

How do I remove them?

Old devices that have been paid off are only removed after 150 days or so if they have been returned to Sky. As you are not paying for them then they should not prevent you from ordering other devices as they are not counted as an active device so if you are having issues placing an order then you will have to call Sky on 150.

My old phone is showing from over 5 yrs ago why has it not been removed?

Only phones returned to Sky are removed from your account.
