Absolutely rubbish service , never works I can't hardly access internet can use google maps for sat nav and it's coasting me £12 a month complete rip off I want to cancel it how can I ?

Hi @Jam14  if you are within the 31 day cooling off period or outside of the 12 month minimum term then you cancel by calling sky on 150. Can't be done online unless you get a PAC to transfer to another network. Less than 12 months and you will be liable for early termination charges. 

edit. Have you activated the 5G add on?
