Mobile Phone not delivered

I ordered a new sky mobile. DPD were the delivery partner but on the day it was due to be delivered there was a message saying there was a problem at their delivery hub. Three days of calling sky mobile to report that the phone had not been delivered after DPD said I had to log a case with sky. Sky issued me a case number but still no response or update a week later. Phone shows in my mobile app but no sign of it being delivered.

@Dees

As you have reported it to Sky they will now investigate this with DPD and that will take longer than week I'm afraid so as anoying as it is you will just have to wait until the investigation has been completed and they get back to you.

You aren’t contacting Sky here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

This isn't really something we can help you with. We don't know why there's a delay at DPD. You'll need to periodically contact Sky to see if they've had an update.

If you have ordered a latest model iPhone 17 delays are always likely due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched. Of course this time of year they’ll be further delays over the festive period.
