No can do. We are customers and this is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here.

If you have a significant amount of data in your piggybank then you can change your dataplan yourself to the lowest available in your account, then supplement data from the bank.
Note banked data now only lasts 12 months in the bank so best to use it than lose it.
