My stepson has just moved house and he is trying to connect his PS5 to his mobile hotspot as they wont have broadband for 3 weeks and he has unlimited data, however it comes up with the below issue.
"Cannot connect to the Internet.
Your ISP or router might be preventing your PS5 from connecting to the Internet."
Any ideas how to resolve this?
