Mobile Bill to Claim Promotion Offer

I recently upgraded my phone that included a promotional offer of a new Chrome book. I completed the details however the 3rd party are saying the paperwork is not accepted. They need a full copy of an invoice. Any ideas where I can obtain it? Thanks

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.

Thanks for the reply but they have refused the credit agreement saying I need an official invoice.

Sky don't provide invoices like you're expecting and Samsung should know that.
