Mo sense from bots

I am trying to speak to a human in the chat but I am getting nowhere, living a busy life I don't have time to stay in hold for hours on a phone line and the simple way of using chat doesn't seen to work I need to speak to a human at sky to find out if they can swap my watch strap that I recurve for larger one as I want given the option on size and a s/m is far too small for me unless I want to wear it on my finger.

Hi @Isaac-wilson  as you have found the live chat option isn't always available. Call sky on 150 for help with this, I have never waited hours on hold, usually just a few minutes maximum.

What watch was it?  Was it purchased from Sky or part of a promotion?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
