Missing handset - mess
I spoke to sky 2/3 weeks ago. Told them that I ordered the 17 pro by mistake and wanted the 17 pro max.
17 pro was delivered to some stranger when in work.... still not sure where that handset is.
The17 pro max was then delayed apparently due to be refused by yet again not me!
I spent 3 hours on calls trying to sort and was told the 17 pro would be taken off my credit file within 5 days... it's been 5 and still showing,
Was also advised on that call that the 17 pro max would be delivered within 2 days. That didn't happen either!! I ended up cancelling the contract and taking out a 3rd contract to get the handset I wanted! (£36 later after paying £12 x 3).
Finally have the 17 pro max, still have the 17 pro on my account which I was promised to be taken off by now and still no refund for the £24 of deposits taken off me!
I have spoken to probably 7-10 people to try and resolve this! It's a joke! Sky only care about getting you on the new contract and not about customer service after the deal is in place!
very very disappointing after nearly 10 years with sky.., still waiting to get these contracts sorted because as it stands I will be due to pay for mobile contracts at the end of the month which I cancelled and never received!!! Simply shocking

Sky will be investigating the delivery of that phone in conjunction with DPD so that will take time which is probably why this has dragged on.
