Missing delivery

Contacts sky and dpd . Phone cant be found . Went through calls . Still no device . Awaiting a call back but nothing so far device was due 11th . I work nights and they cant even put me through to the specialist dept to discuss it . Very frustrating

If you've already reported this to Sky they will be carrying out an investigation together with DPD, after which someone should get back to you. We can't really help further as we're fellow customers.

Already done that the specialist team isn't contacting me despite it now being almost 5 days . I work nights so I dont always get the calls . I call sky again for 2nd time next day call it was said but nothing . Why cant they just transfer the call

You need to give it time as it will take longer than 5 days to investigate and when they have they should be in touch so continuing to call them isn't going to speed this up.

Its been passed the 5 days . It was 6 before I spoke to them again . There due to call me about it was told next day but nothing this was last friday .

I am having similar issue and both sky and dpd are not helping at all

 

I also work day shift and they can't seem to deliver my item, whereas sky also can't do anything about it
