Missing data from 100mb plan
Good evening,
recently swapped from EE onto the 100mb data plan and a iPhone 17e, it's showing zero data available and have had text saying I'm out of data, gave it a few days to see if it was just a start up glitch but still the same ?
is it something my end I ned to activate?
thanks
tony

Re: Missing data from 100mb plan
Arr you sure you moved to the 100mb data plan as that is a really tiny amount which can be used up in a few minutes.

Re: Missing data from 100mb plan
Hi @Tonytwk 100mb is a tiny amount of data and could be used in a couple of minutes in a modern smart phone.

Re: Missing data from 100mb plan
The 100Mb (megabyte) plan is really a placeholder to accept data transferred out of a Sky Piggybank where it's been accumulated as unused allowance from other phones on the same account. As noted above, by itself it's essentially useless.
You may have mistaken it for 100Gb (gigabyte) which is one thousand times bigger: unfortunately this happens rather frequently.
