Missing Piggybank data
My data has gone down from 540gb to 150 and I didn't use any there is an entry for 75gb which wasn't me (could be what they are taking off me) but the numbers still don't add up - anyone know how I can contact sky about this?

Re: Missing Piggybank data
The retention period for data was reduced from 3 years to 1 year. (All customers were mailed with this change but many didn't appear to read it as the text was half way down the mail)
Data was culled earlier this year and will continue monthly from now on.

Re: Missing Piggybank data
Hi @Jule3 unused data now expires after 12 months in your piggybank, sky notified customers early last year and started removing the data few months back. There is no point contacting them to ask for it back.

Possibly the new Piggybank policy. So after 04/06/25 any data older than 12 months was removed as per the new Sky Mobile Piggybank T's and C's. Customers were made aware of this change in the April 2024 price change letters/emails but it's only come into effect this year which may be why quite a few customers have forgotten about it.
Data now expires after 12 months if unused.
