Missed payment

I have a missed payment on my credit score. It says I missed a payment on my sky mobile account? Please can this be rectified as it is affecting my score

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.

 

The most important question here is "were you late with a payment?"

If you have missed a payment then there is nothing to rectify so it is unlikely that Sky will agree to remove it should you speak to them about this.
