I need to contact Sky regarding a mobile contract. My contract ran our on 5th February 2023. I keep re wing letters from a debt recovery company. For £702 I spoke to an advisor 2 months ago and they confirmed that I don't owe anything. The debt recovery co needs an email to confirm this. I
how do I get it, thanks in advance.

Did you actually cancel it and receive confirmation? As contracts* do not 'run out' without action from the account holder.
Sky do not use email for general communication.
* Data plans continue until cancelled, Device plans do once the credit balance is cleared (This can be a year longer than expected as a Swap24 contract is 36 months)
