Missed payment

My bank account changed and I forgot o update the details on my account and now sky want the full amount payed in December, which I cannot afford, is there a way to set up a payment plan or put the direct debit back into place

Hi @PaigeRenwick you would need to call sky on 150 to see what's happening they say. For one missed payment they don't normally ask for full payment of the contract.

Hi @Dhirajparmar49 you aren't talking to sky CS here, it's customer helping customer. Were you late paying your bill ? Were your services restricted by sky ?
