Miss
I have a question about my bill which has gone out today, I seem to be still paying for my old device although I have sent it back. I am unhappy as was not made aware of this last payment of the old device.

If the old device was returned as part of a swap you continue paying for it until it has been received / processed / examined / and value confirmed.

Thanks, although I had an email confirming that they had received the old device and the remaining balance was £0

How long ago did you return it as it can a few weeks for the company that handles the returns to inspect your device.
