Hello, why do I have to pay for August if I have already paid for this month?

August was last month so are you not up to date will your bills, you can check what has been taken and if anything is overdue via the MySky app or online here:

Have you made an unnecessary manual payment when you have a direct debit or continuous card payment arranged?

On August 28th, the fee wasn't charged. I paid manually the next day, and today I'm getting a message that I'm late on my payment for this month.

That manual payment will have gone towards a future payment but Augusts remains unpaid.
