Miss-Sold Offer for Galaxy Z8 Fold

I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy Z8 Fold with the promotion that you could claim a Galaxy watch. I also got in writing from a sales rep on the chat that I would be able to claim on this offer. I have since been told that this offer is not part of my purchase and that I cannot claim. I believe I have been miss-sold the product based on this and Sky will not co-operate. What can I do?

I bought an S26 Ultra a couple of weeks ago... same offer. After being rejected by Samsung twice for the watch offer, I queried it - Samsung's response...

I was trying to decide whether to stay with iPhone (wait for the 18PM release) or switch to Android and that offer was the main reason I went for this phone at the time - very frustrating.

Was missold MacBook Air as having higher Ram capacity , sky admitted to this, as they listened to calls , still no resolution. Very very bad customer service these days , the worst . Taking this further up the line now .

Interestingly, I got notification yesterday that Samsung have now approved my watch claim and notification in the last 10 minutes that it's now on it's way.

I wonder if there's been a bunch of complaints in and Sky have talked to Samsung about it. Doubt they would have reconsidered it on their own.
