I would appreciate if I could have a fast track delivery on my recent order please

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.


As customers we have no insight into delivery timescales or stock levels.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

(Next day delivery can’t really be guaranteed although the website might suggest that quick a turnover.)
