Hi, at the end of this last month some, but not all, of the mobile data that I had left was moved to my piggy bank. Any thoughts on how I can get this data ?

You would need to call Sky on 150 about this (say nothing when asked anything by the bot) as all unused data should have rolled over to your piggybank on your billing date when it resets.
