Minus data
Good morning,
for the first time my sons data has gone into a minus. Is this something new? He has never gone minus before and I feel this is terrible, and something that should be able to be stopped through customer choice.
please reply.
Thanks

Re: Minus data
Hi @Michelle58 not sure what you mean ? Once you get to zero then data should stop working unless you either roll data from your piggybank or purchase extra data.

Re: Minus data
Thank you for your reply,
No one has answered. Yes normally the data stops working on his phone. So he asked for more this morning from the piggy bank. When I looked his was -218mb which I have never seen before. Hopefully its just an error and won't continue to allow you to use data once its run out.
Thank you

Re: Minus data
Call Sky on 150 and ask? Normally it stops at 0 as noted.
