Message phone delay
I've ordered a new phone, but in my app it says delayed and then problem with order, get in touch?

If you are seeing a message to get in touch with Sky then for an update that is what you will need to do so under “Need more help” might be the number to use:
Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.
