Mast not working

I've been having issues with my coverage for over 6 weeks now, and when I go on the sky coverage checker it says a nearby mast is not working as it should. Its been saying this for ages but there is no timescale on it and no option to contact sky. Does anyone know if there is any way to get more information? I don't even know who deals with masts!

Sky don't own or maintain mobile phone masts so you, and others in your area, are relying on a third party repair.

 

I doubt Sky will have much information as to when it'll be fixed unfortunately.
