Making calls in Spain

Phone immediately says call ended. Roaming enabled, texts fine. Confused! Please help thankyou

Are these calls to Spanish numbers - which are charged at international rates?

Then it sounds like any spend cap you've set up is doing its job by preventing you from building up a very high bill.

Hi @Bobby65  as mentioned by @Daniel0210  local calls are not included in the roaming package from sky and are charged at international rates. If your spend cap is low then that's why the calls are cutting off as your monthly or roaming cap has been reached.
