Making a one off device payment
So I have £740 left on my current device and have a new phone through work so I wanted to sell my current one and use the money to make a payment on the remaining amount to reduce the monthly cost, but it's only giving me the option to pay £690 and not the £400 I want to pay. Is there anyway to pay my own amount? Or am I stuck paying £58 til it's done?😫

Re: Making a one off device payment
Making one-off payments does not change the monthly payment - it simply reduces the term.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Re: Making a one off device payment
If you call Sky on 150 they should be able to take the payment from you. Judy stay on the line and say nothing when asked any questions by the bot.
