I ordered a Macbook Neo in August and was charged £12 upfront cost. I still have not received the Macbook Neo or have been given a delivery date. I would like a refund of the £12 and to cancel my order and buy the Macbook at another supplier who has it in stock.
You will need to call Sky to cancel your order. It can't be cancelled here or online.
