"I'm in your account just now and I'm able to confirm that the Apple MacBook Pro 14-Inch M3 Pro (2023), 1TB in Space Black is showing within your orders and you're correct, it was estimated for delivery in 1-2 weeks when you placed the order. Apologies, I'm not able to give you more of an update on this as I'm only able to see the estimated delivery however as soon as the device is in stock again and available for delivery then we'll be in touch to let you know when it will be with you.
You'll then receive tracking details from our delivery partners with more information and links where you'll be able to manage the delivery to the best suitable time for you. I'm sorry I'm not able to provide you with more details at this time."

I hope they can offer you some advice that's more certain!
If I look in account and select "order tracking" it displays the pending order with a little drop down box. When I click on the little downward arrow it shows the summary and says "coming soon" there. Same thing with the app.
I can't remember which of the other options were still available when I placed the order, I just knew I'd prefer the space black. I'll maybe never need that much storage either. If all else fails I may just consider reordering the 16 inch version but I was trying to keep the cost down as much as possible.

That's weird - under my orders and order tracking it says "you don't have any active orders". Been like that since placing the order. Every sky agent I've spoken to has confirmed the order on my account and it's showing up under My Devices so presuming it's a glitch in their system.
Praying we get some good news tomorrow!

thank you, too! From previous experience and generally from what I've read, it's dispatched within a day from when that status changes, so hopefully get that text from DPD soon.
