MacBook Air upfront cost

I've recently placed an order for the MacBook Air on the £24 per month contract and £2 upfront charge. However I have noticed instead of the £2 upfront charge I have paid £122 upfront. Is there a reason to this it was advertised a £2 upfront charge for warning of it changing when paying.

Whatever you have paid is deducted from the overall cost of the device, so you will now pay £122 less for it.

Any upfront amount is subject to status.

But if you've paid a larger initial instalment then the monthly charges will be lower.

Hi @Alex218  the upfront payment depends on you passing the credit rating sky carry out and can increase depending on the rating given. Sounds like you have just passed their criteria and have an increased upfront payment. A call to sky will confirm why.
