I have two SIM cards with sky and within 6 months one of the SIM cards has had a price increase twice and no doubt there'll be another increase in April. Has anyone else experienced this because I was originally paying £6 then it went up to £8 and from February 14th it's going up to £9.50?

Hi @Danjb there should be no price rises in the first 12 months unless you had a special offer applied at the start of the contract that then finished and the price went to the advertised price. You would have been aware of that at the time of the order. After 12 months Sky, and other networks, then reserve the right to add cost of living increases. You can call Sky on 150 to see if you can get any offers applied to your sims or you can leave to join another network without penalty.
