MOBILE SIM CHARGES

I have 2 mobile Sims, £8 EACH. I changed to £6 Sims with 5GB months ago, but im still being charged £8 EACH.

I would call Sky on 150 to see if they can look into this for you,

Did you order new sims or did you apply the 5GB package to the sims you already have ?

I havent got new sims, i dont know  how to add the 5GB
