Can you confirm you need a replacement sim with the same number?

 

Are you the Sky Mobile account holder?

 

If you are we may be able to get you some help via the Community Messaging Team on here. Let us know if you wish to try that after confirming it's your Sky Mobile account otherwise you'll need to call Sky.
