Lost service

I have been using my sky mobile eSIM for a few months now and it completely stopped working today. I only just got sky broadband installed in my house and I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it? My phone is basically non functional without a wifi connection now and just shoes a satellite symbol in the corner where the network bars should be. Please help

My network is fully down to no signal bars at all on my phone ither , just my home WiFi ,,,,

@Cunnymoney  a customer on here yesterday had a similar issue and deleted and reinstalled their eSIM and that cured their issues.

No mast issues in my area. I got it back working but had to delete my ESIM and manually reinstall it using the SM DP + address and activation code
