Lost s pen

If you have a mobile contract eith sky and have lost your s pen can they replace it or do you have to pay for it

No you need to replace it at cost to you, your credit agreement is just that a credit agreement not an insurance policy.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You do have to keep paying for the lost one until it has been paid off in full.
