Lost piggyback rewards

I recently looked at getting a new phone, chose what I wanted I noticed I had spare data in my piggyback so I put it towards the new phone, price came down proceeded to buy phone signed tge contract waited a minute so they could do the check on me it came back fine so proceeded a message came due to a issue on sky side, I had to do it all again, so went through the process and it happened again so left it for a few hour logged back in and noticed my piggyback data had all gone....

Hi @Stevie_w_  give it a few days and if it doesn't return then call sky on 150 for help getting it back.

Everything is now sorted piggyback rewards replaced and money off my next bill....
