Disappeared order

Hi I just tried to out through an order for a MacBook Neo, I got approved for the finance and when putting in my card details for the one off payment. I incorrectly put in the security number in the back of the card wrong by mistake. It declined with my bank and when I tried to re enter the correct details , it took me to a tenichinal area page and told me to refresh the page which I did and know it's completely disappeared.

have i lost the approval and the order
