Lost phone

I lost my phone on a theme park ride. I am currently abroad. The phone is still receiving incoming calls. The theme park are looking for it but it still hasn't been located. Find my location is showing a location I had previously been during the day (after which I still had my phone). It is not showing a live location due to dropped internet connection I think. I have tried to phone the number for sky help when abroad but I hear the welcome to sky message and then the voice goes muffled and I can't hear anything further. This is a matter of urgency.
