Hi I lost my phone in the sea which has my sky contract sim in. I have got a new phone and have tried too sign in too my samsung account too restore my data. I can't sign in as it's asking for a code too be sent too the number that's lost. I have rang sky who have said they can't send one in the post as they can't verify it. They said too go into a sky shop and do it there. The nearest shop too me is 1 hour away with and I don't drive. Can anyone help

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @maggie6015 have you officially reported it list to sky and ordered a replacement ? As that will come with the same number. Once activated then it would receive the code from Samsung.
