Lost phone and sim

Having difficulty getting a new sim. Difficulty contacting sky on a non sky phone. I think one is on its way now. But I thought that about 6 days ago

If Sky has ordered you a replacement sim it should be with you within a few days as it will be sent by Royal Mail.
