My parcel was meant to be delivered Tuesday I have chased it up and since had a phone call off someone at the depot for DPD who has made me aware my parcel is lost and to contact sky for them to open up a investigation? How do I contact sky as it keeps going to automatic phone service
When you phone Sky and are asked any questions by the bot just stay on the line and say nothing.
