Lost iPhone in Spain cannot call sky

Tried calling on a friends Australian number when in Europe cannot connect to Edinburgh number chat is not working and the bot is stupid.

need to speak to someone to lock my phone!!!!!

yes waste of time!!!! They have a social media Bot directing you to the lost iphone page to follow the same clown show, of which I cannot access sky chat. Cannot call from europe!!!!
