Lost data

All my data had canon my piggyback checked usage not used it over 50gb has vanished !!  How can this happen I loaded my phone with sat for a trip and today it had all gone before the billing date yet not shown as used

Hi @tvboy55  data now expires after 12 months, could this be what's happened ? Is anything showing on your piggybank page about it ?

Hi ok that would make sense but every month I load the piggy bank into my 3 sims then at billing time they put the unused data  back in the bank . So I assumed as technically I am using it it should not expire . Or are they saying it's reset every 12 months back to zero and raki g it off us if so that's disgusting!! I had built it for the trip in Europe I am now on and this morning g it's all vanished

Also can't acces bill either via web or app page is blank to see any info

If you're doing that then give Sky a call and an agent can investigate why your data has disappeared. It might have to be passed to a back office team to look into.

Yes on my return from holiday next week fully intend to as they have left me with less than 2gb on my sim I had loaded all my piggy bank 50 gb into it last week . And they know I am roaming getting the daily text

So you're roaming now? In that case where are you because if you're in a Rest Of The World country your useage may well be eating the data on your sim.

Yes definitely sounds as if something has gone wrong here @tvboy55  hopefully a call to sky will get to the bottom of it. Sometimes these things sort themselves out after 24 hours so may also happen for you.

Holland been many times this year falls under the £2 additional fee never normally eats my data .

Data now expires - could be that?
