Lost data when I upgraded my mobile and sim to esim

Hi I recently upgraded my mobile to an iphone 16 and I had 10 gb data on my old mobile.   Also changed to an e sim.  Just checked my account and I have less than 2 gb data.  You can see from my monthly usage I never use my allocation of data and it gets rolled.  I rolled 5 gb on 4 June and another 5 gb in May which I know I haven't used and just hasn't been transferred over to my new mobile,  please can this be transferred across onto my new mobile.

We're other customers here...

 

There has been a recent purge of piggybank data following the retention changing from 3 years to 1 year.  Could it be that?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
