No service on my Sky mobile for 3 weeks

Hi, has anyone else had No Service on their Sky Mobile, mines been like this for 3 weeks now

I've made numerous calls, lodged a complaint, but to no avail other than an email 2 weeks ago saying its with a specialist team who don't accept incoming calls

Would like to escalate this now to the appropriate ombudsman but not sure how to do this, any help is appreciated

As you say you've made a complaint then Sky have up to 8 weeks to satisfactory resolve this or issue a deadlock letter before any advancement to an ombudsman.
