Lost SIM

I've lost my SIM card. The Lost or Stolen Sky page tells me to "Get the account holder to call us", but how am I supposed to make calls without a SIM? This is my only phone, I have no landline and live alone so using someone elses phone will be a pain.

 

I opened a chat with a Sky "expert", but he just repeated the help page. 

 

Is there a way to report a SIM lost and order a replacement without making a call?

Hi @paulg1101 unfortunately no, you need to call sky to do this and the longer the delay then you could be responsible for more charges should someone be using the sim. You will need to find a way of calling sky.

You could try using social media as there are links at the bottom of the page you can use.
