Lost SIM Card

So I really need help with this situation I'm in. I moved to Egypt from the UK 4 months ago and upon arrival I bought myself an Egyptian SIM card since the roaming charges for the Sky SIM were too expensive for the amount of time I was staying here for. 
Within these 4 months, I have lost my Sky SIM card. This means I no longer have access to my English number except through WhatsApp. I've tried to convert to an eSIM so I don't need my physical sky SIM however it is sending activation codes to my English number which I don't have access to. 
Whenever I try to call Sky the phone just cuts off immediately so I have no way of getting into contact with anyone to help. 
I really don't know what to do. Does anybody know if there is a Live Chat option where I can message some kind of Sky customer services instead of calling them? 

Any help will be massively appreciated. Thank you so much!
