Lost Mode

It's a long story and I need to speak with someone.

AIUI you have to log onto the connected Apple account and use Find Devices and then select 'Stop Lost Mode'.

If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community, which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here.

Perhaps if you explain what you mean by lost mode someone here may be able to advise you saving you a call.

It's something to do with losing your phone. My son lost his and we got a replacement sim and then used another phone. We have now found his previous phone but it says lost mode when you turn it on and to use Face ID which it won't allow.
