Logging in to ebay!

Hi, just switched to Sky Mobile and have new handset, trying to log in to ebay but i'm not receiving the ebay authentication text. I've heard this may be an issue with the numbers sky mobile recognises... how can i fix this?

Hi @Brad1979 call sky on 150 so they can check the number and update your account if it needs it.
