How do I talk to a human being on the chat? I’m having sim reactivation issues so can’t call

My sim was lost/stolen so the account was blocked while a new sim was sent out. The sim is here but the the account has been reinstating within 24h for 3days and I can't call because my mobile is my only phone. Any ideas on getting an actual person on the chat?

Do you mean the new sim hasn't activated, if so you can contact Sky via social media as there are links to their sites at the bottom of this page.
