How do I unlock a locked sim? Thanks in advance 😃

Is it a Sky sim in a Sky phone then it shouldn't be locked ?

Hi @LucyE08 if you have locked your sim then try 8 zeros to unlock.

It's a sky sim and a sky phone. My son put a passcode on his sim and now he needs the puc code to unlock it

As mentioned above @LucyE08 for sky the PUK is eight zeros.
