Location Problem

My phone seems to think i'm outside the UK, even with my location services on. For example, when putting my lottery on, it won't let me access my account as i'm not within the UK but it's fine on my laptop - any ideas please would be welcome? 🙂

Is your phone connected to your Wifi or the mobile data network ?

Have you tried rebooting your broadband router, leave it off for 10 minutes before powering it up and wait a further 3 minutes before trying to use your phone again to see what happens with those websites.

Mines the same. Cant locate me unless I'm connected to WiFi. I've rebooted the phone. I've deleted the sky bet app and put it back on and still can't find my location. Settings on my phone are set to 'while using the app.' Still can't find my location. What now sky?

Frustrating isnt it? Ibe tired everything with no luck 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ looks like have to be a call through to them when i have time

Go to your WiFi settings on your phone and turn off Limit IP Address Tracking.

 

Your Sky Bet and other services will now work.

 

if you don't know  why to find it, pres the i next to the WiFi connection then scroll down.
