I have tried numerous times to link my sky ID. It says it's linked but nothing shows on my sky app to enable me to manage my sim/mobiles use my piggy bank etc. Please help!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @MikeOxo try giving sky a call free on 150 to see if they can link it. This normally happens if a different email/ID has been used.

Thanks. I didn't get far when I called a couple of days ago. I was just told it would sort itself out (it worked fine before I took out another SIM) I was perhaps unlucky or didn't explain very well what had happened.
